This policy covers the zappystudios.app website, run by Zappy Studios, based in Australia. Each app has its own privacy policy, which covers what the app itself collects:

What this website collects

Only what you send through the contact form: your name, email address, the topic you pick and your message. To stop spam, the form also records a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address for a short time.

There are no advertising or analytics cookies, and no tracking pixels.

How it's used

To read and answer your message, and nothing else. It is never sold or shared for marketing.

Where it's kept

The site runs on Cloudflare, which stores contact messages in its database service and may process them outside Australia. Messages are kept for up to two years after the conversation ends, then deleted.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete anything you've sent by emailing privacy@zappystudios.app. If you're unhappy with how a request was handled, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
